Business Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Finance Manager to join our organization. The role requires strong financial leadership, strategic planning, analytical expertise to support business decision-making and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end financial operations, ensure compliance, partner with business leaders to enhance profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting processes for business units.
  • Partner with senior management to provide insights into revenue growth, cost optimization, profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance against KPIs, highlight variances with actionable recommendations.
  • Manage end-to-end accounting, compliance, taxation, internal control processes.
  • Conduct financial modeling, business case preparation, ROI analysis for new projects investments.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee client billing, revenue recognition, working capital management.
  • Support external audits, statutory filings, compliance reporting.
  • Lead mentor small finance team, fostering professional growth efficiency.

Role Requirements:

  • Mandatory Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
  • 12–15 years progressive finance experience at least 5+ years in senior leadership role, preferably in IT/Consulting.
  • Strong exposure to financial analysis, business partnering, strategic decision support.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, financial regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial tools, MS Excel (advanced level).
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management skills.
