Job Summary:

Seeking a seasoned Audit Manager to lead and manage statutory audit engagements for clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee statutory audit engagements, ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Review financial statements, audit working papers, and supporting documentation to identify and resolve accounting, auditing, and reporting issues.
  • Coordinate with clients' management teams to facilitate smooth audit execution and guide junior team members in their work.
  • Maintain expertise on changes in accounting/auditing standards and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong understanding of Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, Companies Act, and audit methodologies.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit, preferably with listed/unlisted companies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills to handle multiple assignments independently.
