Job Title: Sr. Visual Communications Specialist

Role Overview:

As a highly skilled visual communications specialist, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and designing creative campaigns that captivate diverse audiences across various platforms.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative ideas that align with brand objectives.
  • Translating client briefs into compelling visual concepts is essential to delivering high-quality results.
  • Supervising designers and ensuring design quality and consistency are key responsibilities.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest design trends is crucial for bringing fresh perspectives to projects.
  • You will present your creative concepts to internal teams and clients, showcasing your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design creative campaigns for print, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, visualizers, and client servicing teams to develop innovative concepts.
  • Translate client briefs into visually strong ideas that align with brand objectives.
  • Supervise and guide designers/visualizers in executing creative work.
  • Evaluate and ensure design quality, consistency, and attention to detail across deliverables.
  • Stay updated on design and advertising trends to bring new perspectives to projects.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in advertising/design with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent conceptualization and visualization skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, layout, and campaign design.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and proactivity.
  • Familiarity with team collaboration and ownership of ideas.
