Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Visual Communications Specialist to drive our design efforts forward.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets, including social media graphics, website banners, podcast artwork, and logos that effectively communicate our message.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine different design approaches to meet project objectives
  • Create eye-catching designs for various mediums that capture audience attention
  • Apply design principles to maximize effectiveness and engagement
  • Propose creative concepts as opportunities arise to enhance our brand presence
  • Revise and edit design materials to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Gather necessary information and materials to inform design decisions
  • Illustrate concept by designing rough layouts to visualize ideas
  • Collaborate with production teams and project managers to bring designs to life
  • Maintain attention to detail and sharp design skills to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop offline design solutions as required to support business objectives
  • Show awareness of clean, simple, image-rich interfaces that resonate with our target audience
  • Stay up-to-date with digital innovations and competitor trends to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in a design agency or studio environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design tools to streamline workflows
  • Expertise in Motion Design and Content Production is an advantage to enhance our visual offerings
  • A strong portfolio including static, animated, and mobile work samples that demonstrate expertise
  • Experience in the podcast industry or digital marketing companies is a plus to leverage existing knowledge
  • Ability to collaborate with others within the company and externally to achieve shared goals
