Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to drive the creation of engaging visual content for our brand.

This role involves designing and developing innovative visual communications that effectively convey our message and values to customers and stakeholders.

  • Creative Design: Develop visually appealing creatives for digital platforms, product catalogues, and marketing materials that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in branding across all visual designs and marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in visual design, creative thinking, and ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Provide creative input and suggestions to improve existing marketing materials and brand presence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional design experience, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, including digital creatives, print materials, and packaging design.
  • Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
