Job Title: Trade Processing Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Trade Processing Expert.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing Corporate Actions across global positions, ensuring efficient scrubbing, timely notifications, accurate bookings, smooth election processes, and effective reconciliation while minimizing operational and market risks.

Main Responsibilities:

Direct Responsibilities:

  • Scrubbing & set up of Corporate Actions in operating systems (e.g., Picasso).
  • Monitoring Corporate Actions across reliefs and identification of eligible global positions (Settled/Pending trades, SLAB).
  • Follow-up of events' announcements, forecasts, and deadlines to ensure accurate notifications and bookings in general books and recording systems (e.g., Calypso, Power, Picasso).
  • Manage election process for voluntary events with internal teams, compile aggregated instructions, and ensure proper receipt by custodians/agents.
  • Handle all Corporate Action types within the scope.
  • Provide regular reporting to hierarchy and contribute proactively in meetings.

Contributing Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to compliance rules and mitigate operational/reputational risks.
  • Escalate promptly when operational risks are detected.
  • Maintain strong relationships with domestic agents, custodians, and other internal departments.
  • Keep management informed about potential issues or risks.
