Project Management Specialist Role

This role involves overseeing day-to-day software delivery operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful completion of software projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience working with quality assurance teams, development teams, and customer services.

  • Ensuring usability, reliability, and quality standards of products
  • Aligning customer requirements with quality standards
  • Participating in RND meetings to understand business requirements
  • Managing daily scrum calls and resolving impediments to ensure overall quality and timeline are met
Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge and experience in .Net and RDMS technologies would be beneficial
  • Exposure to DevOps environments and automation experience would also be an advantage

Key Result Areas:

  • Functional/feature review against Business Requirement Document, Testing, Regression, load, performance, high availability, GUI testing, and applications – Automation Testing
  • Execution & Monitoring of Testing Team and Development Team, well-versed in trouble shooting, testing concepts, and making bug reports
  • Responsible for creating Client & Internal Reporting and maintaining Quality Manuals & Standards; documentation

Essential Skills:

  • A good understanding of software development and quality standards, user experience
  • Good writing skills (for documenting processes) and good communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to operate in a changing and challenging environment
  • Good time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to customers

Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science or Electronics
