About this Role:

We seek an experienced Financial Transaction professional to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for high-impact lending operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating co-lending transactions with financial institutions
  • Securitisation transactions – including PTC (Pass-Through Certificates) and DA (Direct Assignment)
  • Debt instruments such as Facility Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Corporate Guarantees, and related security documents
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide legal support
  • Liaising with external counsel, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure timely execution of transactions
  • Ensuring documentation is compliant with applicable legal, regulatory, and RBI guidelines
  • Supporting due diligence, risk mitigation, and legal compliance checks related to lending activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in the lending/financial services space
  • Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in co-lending structures, PTC / DA documentation, debt and borrowing transactions
  • Prior work experience in a FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environment is highly preferred
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
