About this role:
Job OverviewWe're seeking an E-learning Developer to collaborate with our instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create engaging eLearning modules.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing interactive eLearning content, collaborating with teams, and overseeing project schedules.
Main Responsibilities- Create interactive eLearning content, such as videos, animations, simulations, and graphics.
- Develop storyboards and multimedia elements for eLearning modules.
- Design user-friendly interfaces and navigation for eLearning modules.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Communications, Education, UX Design, or Multimedia training solutions.
- Proven experience in eLearning development using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- Strong skills in designing templates, graphic content, illustrations, infographics, animations, video, audio editing, and web-style pages.
- Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, or other programming languages to enhance course interactivity.
