• 10-15 years of experience in apparel buying and product management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain (e.g., CSCP, CPSM).
• Strong negotiation skills, proven experience in vendor management, and excellent analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to manage a buying team successfully.
