Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at TRD Fin Support Services Pvt. Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Operating System Support: Installing and configuring operating systems across devices to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Hardware Support: Assembling, upgrading, and troubleshooting computer hardware to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Software Support: Installing, configuring, backing up, and troubleshooting standard applications including Microsoft Outlook to maintain system integrity.
  • Network Support: Installing and troubleshooting network printers; configuring VPN and firewall settings to ensure secure data transfer.
  • Security: Implementing BitLocker encryption, updating antivirus software, and managing virus protection to safeguard against cyber threats.
  • Active Directory Management: Creating user accounts, resetting passwords, updating group policies, and controlling access to sensitive information.
  • Remote Support: Providing remote assistance for software and system-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Asset Management: Coordinating with vendors for hardware issues and maintaining inventory records for hardware and software assets to optimize resource utilization.
