About this role

As a data management professional, you will play a crucial part in managing employee information and ensuring the smooth operation of various insurance policies. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to build relationships with clients and insurers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data for clients.
  • Oversee Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies (Employee Health and Benefits policies).
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, corrections through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.
  • Maintain endorsement tracker and ensure timely updates in system.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with insurers, clients' HR and Finance teams, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
  • Assist clients' HR in data and CD statement reconciliation with insurer support.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and data statements for clients and client executives.
  • Support client executives with data management for policy renewals.
  • Effectively manage data on internal enrollment portals.
  • Provide assistance and resolve client queries through ticketing systems.
  • Conduct periodic data reconciliation and submit report to client.
  • Coordinate with TPAs for E-cards, DNF claims and no claim confirmation for deletion endorsement processing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with insurance policy management systems.
