About The Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will be instrumental in connecting potential learners with our programs and offerings. Your primary objective will be to establish trust, credibility, and rapport with learners through effective communication and active listening.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with assigned leads, initiate contact through the auto dialer system, and qualify them by assessing their interest, needs, and eligibility for our programs.
  • Schedule video counselling sessions with admission counsellors for qualified leads and coordinate schedules to facilitate the enrollment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Requirements

We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of Edtech-sales experience, preferably with at least 1 year spent in a single company. Additionally, we require a minimum graduation level, previous experience working a 6-day work week, and a proven track record of meeting targets in the existing company.

Skills Required:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with an emphasis on fluency in the English language.
  • Ability to listen effectively, build trust with potential learners, and approach situations with patience and empathy.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM management for administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
