Job Title: Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the Procure to Pay process.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Handling multiline invoices, rectifying errors in vendor master, and interacting with buyers/vendors for resolving simple exceptions.
  • Adjusting self-debit notes and vendor credit notes against open invoices.
  • Creating vendor account statements and handling payroll processing.
  • Resolving RFQ price differences, contract, and catalog processing, and uploading basic spend analysis and reporting.
Process Improvement and Quality Assurance:

You will also be responsible for implementing small process improvement projects, recording data relating to production statistics and end-user related notes, contributing towards creation of knowledge updates and staying updated with process knowledge changes, and ensuring updation of SOP and providing updates and submit reports related to own area of work.

Invoice Processing and Payment Runs:

In addition, you will process vendor invoices within agreed SLA or before due date, performing three-way match (GR, PO, and Invoice) for PO Invoices, detecting duplicate invoices and avoiding duplicate payments, supporting intercompany payments and payroll processing.

People Team Management:

You will also act as a buddy for New Hires, conducting peer reviews and refresher training, collating team performance data for reporting purposes, and record attendance and time sheet related data.
