We're seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager who has successfully scaled Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for Direct-to-Consumer brands. This is not a role for someone who manages ads; it's for a leader who owns the outcome.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Acquisition Strategies: Develop and execute full-funnel approaches - from cold awareness to high-intent retargeting and retention across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Create and optimize campaign settings, targeting, and creative assets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive conversion
  • Analyze reports, track customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, return on ad spend, and margin of error - and act on insights
  • Manage a small media buying team or work independently
  • Work closely with stakeholders and advise on budget and channel mix
Your Ideal Profile:
  • You have experience scaling D2C campaigns and understand how to turn clicks into customers profitably
  • You are fluent in metrics such as ROAS, AOV, CAC, LTV, and MER
  • You have worked with budgets ranging from £10K–£500K/month - and optimized every penny
  • You have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • You enjoy testing, tracking, tweaking - and winning
