Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to lead our team and drive client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, guiding interns and executives to achieve deadlines and maintain quality standards.
  • Provide expert advisory services to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring systems, and client reporting tools.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership and accountability.
  • Mentor team members, set performance standards, and ensure operational discipline and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Consulting firm, Chartered Accountant office, or Export/Compliance industry.
  • Knowledge Areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
