We are seeking a skilled professional to assume leadership roles for our operations in key states.

The successful candidate will oversee state-level operations, drive business growth, manage government tendering processes, and foster strong relationships with government officials.

This role requires a strategic leader with exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of government processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Government Officials: Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials and stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Oversee and manage the state-level team, ensuring productivity, motivation, and a collaborative work environment.
  • Business Development: Identify business opportunities within the state government sector and drive new partnerships and contracts.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies impacting the business.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role managing state-level operations.
  • Tendering Experience: Strong knowledge and experience in government tendering processes.
  • Government Liaison: Proven experience in liaising with government officials and handling public sector relationships.
  • Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage diverse workgroups, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field.
  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
