About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Management Trainee located in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for learning the company's operations and processes, assisting in various departments, and gaining hands-on experience in management functions.

The role involves supporting senior managers, participating in meetings, preparing reports, conducting market research, and contributing to strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior managers in their day-to-day tasks
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions
  • Prepare reports and conduct market research
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making
  • Understand customer needs and preferences
  • Work on marketing strategies to promote our products
  • Assist in store management and product planning

Requirements

  • Understanding of business operations and management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in the retail industry, particularly in baby care products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and new environments
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
