Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support as the primary contact for our US-based clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.

You will serve as the main liaison between our organization and US clients via phone, email, and chat, responding promptly to inquiries, resolving customer complaints efficiently, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1-3 years of experience in customer service, and flexibility to work in US time zones.
