Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • 6 + years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Design, Process Re-engineering, and/or Operations.
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree from a top-ranked institution is preferred.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or PMP certification.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
