Key Product Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our fast-growing team and lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of key product initiatives. As a trusted leader, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role. They will have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products, preferably in the HR technology or enterprise software space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for a group of products or features.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including leadership, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and understand their pain points.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and product launches.
  • Leverage data analytics and metrics to make informed product decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring product managers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
