About the Position

Our Tax Services team focuses on providing expert advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy.

We help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions through in-depth analysis and strategic recommendations.

In our regulatory practice, you will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting tax regulations and legislation. Your role will involve providing advice and guidance to clients on the impact of regulatory changes, ensuring they stay compliant with tax laws and adapt their strategies accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize commercial knowledge to enhance AI accuracy
  • Review and administer contracts
  • Required Skill Sets:
    • Experience in legal contract review – commercial obligation and fulfillment management
    • Experience in contract and legal AI solution is an added advantage
    • Years of experience required: Minimum 1+ Years of Legal and Commercial Contract review
    • Education Qualification: CA or MBA in Finance
