Senior Professional Services Consultant

Job Purpose

The Senior Professional Services Consultant is a key member of our consulting team, responsible for delivering tailored solutions to our customers and partners. As a subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of our products, you will be the primary point of contact for our partners and end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customized solutions based on customer requirements
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to customers on our products
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Function as the subject matter expert on our products during on-site visits
  • Work independently to develop solutions that meet customer needs
  • Document all customer-specific configurations
  • Install our products in customer environments when necessary

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Multiple language skills are a plus
  • Consultative communication style and effective listening skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and understand team objectives
  • Understanding of customer goals and objectives
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of software development, architecture, and customization
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Application Services
  • SQL Server based skills and experience with scripting languages
  • Ability to understand functional design and technical project requirements
  • Working knowledge of one of the following domains: AP, AR, Payroll, HR, etc.
