Job Purpose

The Senior Professional Services Consultant is a key member of our consulting team, responsible for delivering tailored solutions to our customers and partners. As a subject matter expert in configuration and customization, this role represents our company's expertise in Tungsten Automation Corporation products.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Develop and implement Tungsten Automation Corporation solutions based on customer requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to customers on our solutions
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery
  • Function as the Tungsten Automation Corporation subject-matter expert on-site at customer locations
  • Work independently to develop solutions that meet customer needs
  • Document all customer-specific configurations
  • Install Tungsten Automation Corporation configurations in customer environments

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with a global employee and customer base
  • Multiple language skills are a plus (e.g., French, German, Dutch, etc.)
  • Consultative communication style and effective listening skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and understand team objectives
  • Understanding of customer goals and objectives
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of software development, architecture, and customization
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Application Services
  • SQL Server based skills and experience with scripting languages

Required Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience with Tungsten Automation Corporation products or equivalent products
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related specialization
  • 6+ years' experience in the field or a related area
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail
