Job Title: Cluster Manager

Job Description: As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing partnerships and collaborations with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), local authorities, and their dealers.

  • Identify EV fleet customers in the local market through direct outreach and hands-on approach.
  • Analyze regional market trends to discover opportunities for growth and manage regional rollouts and partner onboarding.
  • Develop and manage monthly sales strategies with partners and lead funnels.
  • Oversee collections, ensuring timely payments from clients.
  • Align the Region with our pan-India retail vehicle finance initiatives, reporting to the Regional Head-Retail Finance.
  • Ensure fluency in the local language, managing local teams and bulk clients for the Region.

  • Ability to suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Capacity to build up a new team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail loan sales and collections for an NBFC.
  • Willingsness to travel extensively to engage the market.
  • Vehicle finance experience, especially new or used commercial vehicles.
