We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our marketing technology initiatives. This role will oversee the development and management of a global digital hub serving healthcare professionals.
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and the development team.
- Collaborate with the development team to create and prioritize product backlog items.
- Ensure that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented.
- Work closely with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in healthcare and life science industries.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements for healthcare and life science marketing technology products.
- Manage the product roadmap and release schedule for healthcare and life science marketing technology products.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and user experience for healthcare and life science marketing technology products.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience as a product owner or similar role in a technology/healthcare company.
- Strong technical background with experience in software development processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.
- Experience in healthcare and life science marketing technology products is a must.
- Must have experience in digital technologies of B2C/B2B/E-commerce websites, CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration & other API services, Web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development.
- Experience in CMS tools viz Stackbit, Contentful, Figma, Adobe Experience Manager are an advantage.
- Understanding/expertise of ETL tools, Data Lake, and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
- Maintains superior technical expertise in the above areas and can visualize opportunities for growth.
- Anticipates and avoids technical problems/bad designs while also quickly identifying root causes and implementing solution/workarounds.
- Recognized as a technology expert within the organization and actively seeks best trends.
- Implements and supports strategic architecture initiatives.
- Effectively uses MS Teams, Asana Point, Project, Jira, Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence, Mural for communication and managing resources.
- Understanding of tools and strategies required for web analytics such as Google Analytics.
- Must have good Project Management skills managing multiple small/medium projects simultaneously.
- Ability to be calm and deliver under pressure to a demanding environment.
- A sense of urgency and an eye for detail ensuring top-quality outcomes.
- Enthusiastic with Strong relationship management skills and objective-oriented focus.
- Extremely comfortable with rapid change and diverse opinions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
