Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our transformation strategy across North America, the UK, and Australia. As SVP – Transformation, you will lead the modernization of processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks. This will involve leading enterprise-wide initiatives to modernize underwriting, claims, policy administration, and customer engagement.

You will also embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across all domains, evolving operational controls from reactive issue resolution to predictive performance management.

Requirements:
  • 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the Insurance Industry preferably P&C domain
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO Organization
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, UK, and Australia
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement
  • Strong command of operational governance models and performance management systems
