About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent digital marketing expertise, creativity, and analytical capabilities to drive results in performance marketing.

  • Develop and execute high-performing ads on Meta and Google platforms to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Innovate and create new campaign ideas, sharing them with the team to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for user acquisition, conversion, and customer preferences.
  • Work closely with team leads to prioritize initiatives and deliver high returns on performance marketing spends.
  • Analyze campaign, ad-set, and ad-level performance, providing actionable insights to drive improvements.
  • Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and cost per installation (CPI) daily, preparing performance reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with online marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in running Google and Facebook ads extensively.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Familiarity with lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences.
