Job Title: Senior Software Automation Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software automation engineer to join our team. As a senior software automation engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Automated Testing Frameworks: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop automated testing frameworks that meet business requirements.
  • Maintain and Improve Existing Automation Tools: Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation tools to ensure they remain effective and efficient.
  • Develop and Implement Test Cases: Work with quality assurance engineers to develop and implement test cases that cover critical software functionality.
  • Analyze and Report Test Results: Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development teams to drive improvements.
Requirements
  • Programming Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as Java or C# with a solid understanding of object-oriented principles and best practices.
  • Selenium Experience: Extensive experience with Selenium for end-to-end testing and automation of web applications.
  • Automation Testing Background: Strong background with various testing frameworks and tools.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, manage projects, and drive results.
  • Problem Solving Ability: Effective problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
