Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our organization. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers looking to start their career in sales and customer service. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing them with information about our products and services, and helping to generate leads for our sales team.

This role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers and clients, providing product information, generating leads, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, following up with leads, and offering excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus), strong interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Sales and Customer Service:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clients.
- Provide information about products and services to potential customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
