We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers looking to start their career in sales and customer service. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing them with information about our products and services, and helping to generate leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clients.
- Provide information about products and services to potential customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Follow up with leads and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
