We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Caller to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers looking to kick-start their career in sales and customer service. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets as set by the management.
- Follow up on leads and prospects generated from marketing campaigns.
- Provide feedback to the management regarding customer concerns and suggestions.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language).
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Proficient in using telephony systems and basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
