Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain company products (WhatsApp API, SMS, RCS solutions).
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer database (CRM entry) with accurate details of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Follow up on leads provided by the sales & marketing team.
- Explain pricing, plans, and features to customers in simple language.
- Schedule demos or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Provide basic technical assistance and guide customers to the support team if needed.
- Share regular reports on calls, leads generated, and closures with the manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling / inside sales experience (preferably in SaaS / IT / Telecom industry).
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi will be an added advantage).
- Good computer knowledge: MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software usage.
- Ability to handle targets and pressure.
- Strong listening and persuasion skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about new technologies.
