Role Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and be able to partner with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and change management. You will also work closely with the Lead-HRBP to execute strategic plans for internal stakeholder communications, engagement initiatives, and project strategies aligned with company vision and goals.

You will have the opportunity to develop and implement Employee Engagement (EE) initiatives to enhance overall employee experience and foster a positive ER environment within the business. Additionally, you will assist in driving Performance Management System (PMS) processes and ensure adherence to timelines.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Partner with Lead-HRBP on priorities pertaining to Employee Relations (ER), Talent Management (TM), and Change Management (CM)
  2. Enhance employee experience and facilitate the implementation of HR policies contributing to efficient business functioning, focusing on TM performance optimization and Employee Satisfaction (ES)
  3. Collaborate with Lead-HRBP to execute strategic plans for internal stakeholder communications, engagement initiatives, and project strategies aligned with company vision and goals
  4. Execute strategic plans for Talent Acquisition (TA), retention, and development specific to the business, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  5. Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and provide HR solutions supporting operational efficiency and effectiveness
  6. Implement Workforce Planning (WP) strategies to address current and future talent needs in the business
  7. Foster a positive ER environment within the business, assisting resolution of employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances
  8. Develop and implement Employee Engagement (EE) initiatives to enhance overall employee experience
  9. Collaborate with Lead-HRBP to identify key talents, HiPo employees, and Succession Planning (SP) strategies
  10. Implement Training and Development (TD) programs to ensure a continuous pipeline of skilled and engaged employees
  11. Evaluate and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements within the business
  12. Provide guidance to business leaders on HR-related compliance matters and best practices
  13. Assist in driving EE strategies and initiatives, supporting culture building within the business unit
  14. Coordinate with local HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency within the BU
  15. Facilitate HR communications and provide support for escalated employee inquiries, offering feedback on HR policies, processes, and programs
  16. Assist in driving Performance Management System (PMS) processes, ensuring adherence to timelines and handling grievances related to performance ratings
  17. Collaborate with Learning and Development (L&D) Teams to communicate business-specific training requirements and support people development across functions
  18. Support organizational Change Management initiatives, providing guidance and support to employees during transitions
