Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and functional interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences, utilizing active listening skills to ensure accuracy
  • Create detailed sketches, drawings, and floor plans using CAD software and hand-drawing techniques to bring design concepts to life
  • Develop idea boards to communicate design visions to clients, ensuring effective visual representation
  • Maintain a strong understanding of design principles and stay up-to-date with industry trends, applying knowledge to drive creative solutions
  • Cultivate a creative and imaginative approach to design, balancing aesthetics with functionality

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential projects, with a focus on modular interior design, demonstrating expertise in spatial planning
  • Registered diploma or degree in interior design or architecture, showcasing theoretical foundation
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up, and Microsoft Office, highlighting proficiency in digital tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to both internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.Arch or Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), providing a competitive edge in the field
