Sales Director for Electric Vehicle Industry

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our B2B Sales division in the fast-evolving Electric Vehicle industry. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, build partnerships, and establish long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with our business goals, identifying market opportunities and crafting plans to penetrate new sectors and geographies.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing B2B sales team, setting and monitoring sales targets to ensure consistent achievement and growth.
- Client Engagement:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key corporate clients, fleet operators, government bodies, and channel partners, presenting customized EV solutions to address client needs and challenges.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies, providing insights to internal teams for product development and marketing efforts.
- Partnership Development:
- Negotiate and secure partnerships with leasing companies, logistics firms, and other relevant stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Sales Operations:
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Reporting & Metrics:
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to the executive team, utilizing CRM tools and analytics to improve decision-making and forecast sales trends.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative organization.
