Job Description:

A skilled Visual Designer is required to develop captivating visuals for various content formats. This role involves staying up-to-date on changing design standards, working independently, and collaborating with teams to produce high-quality graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on evolving design trends and guidelines
  • Work autonomously, including proactive communication and meeting daily targets
  • Collaborate with Designers, Multimedia Specialists, Graphic Artists, and Developers
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging graphics demonstrating complex technical concepts
  • Create storyboards and mechanicals using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Mentor team members on visualization and reviewing their work
  • Maintain a daily task list and adhere to core working hours
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Develop expertise in new software quickly and manage new tools as required

Requirements:

  • Any graduate with relevant experience and skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience creating icons, infographics, and digital illustrations
  • Ability to create storyboards and large numbers of graphics efficiently
  • Experience with graphic design software
  • Understanding of human-computer interaction and interface design
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with medical information or data-driven projects
