Visual Branding Manager

We are seeking a skilled Visual Branding Manager to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that reflects our brand ethos and elevates the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation & Editing:
      - Develop high-quality static creatives including social media posts, menus, brochures, and digital assets.
      - Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Branding & Design Development:
      - Develop branding materials (logos, guidelines, templates) and ensure visual consistency across all brand touch points.
      - Translate brand strategy into compelling creative concepts and visual executions.
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
      - Work closely with the team to align on creative direction and campaign needs.
      - Operate with independence, managing creative projects from concept to final delivery.
      - Provide input on creative strategy, ensuring innovation and excellence in all deliverables.
  • Innovation & Optimization:
      - Explore and experiment with AI-driven creative tools to enhance content creation and improve workflows.
      - Stay ahead of design and hospitality branding trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and static design across digital and print.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and design balance.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience in Food & Beverage or Hospitality branding and content creation.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for design and video content optimization.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and simple animation for social media.
  • Strong understanding of marketing-driven design (campaigns, promotions, engagement).
