Visual Storyteller">

We are seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to join our team. As a key member of the production agency, you will be responsible for shaping the visual narrative of our projects with a fresh, content-driven approach.

You will lead the visual execution of podcasts, tutorial videos, talking-head explainers, and YouTube content, working closely with creative leads and production teams to design efficient yet engaging setups that bring clarity, style, and impact to every video.

Beyond just operating cameras, you will play a key role in helping us build and refine our in-house studio to deliver consistently high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with creative leads to define the visual style and direction for each project.
  2. Plan and execute camera work, gimbal operations, lighting setups, and shot compositions across formats (podcasts, explainers, reels, interviews, YouTube videos).
  3. Operate and manage professional cameras, lenses, lighting gear, audio equipment, and gimbals.
  4. Ensure smooth, professional workflows on set and adapt quickly to production challenges.
  5. Maintain brand consistency and high visual quality across all content.
  6. Work closely with editors and post-production to ensure the visual narrative translates seamlessly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of social-first content, podcasts, explainers, or branded videos, with hands-on experience with DSLRs, mirrorless, or cinema cameras, lenses, lighting setups, gimbals, and audio/sound gear.

A background in directing small production teams or managing shoots end-to-end is a plus, as is experience integrating motion graphics or visual effects into content.
