Job Title: Business Development Executive

The role of a Business Development Executive involves driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.

  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions.

  • Effectively communicate complex business ideas and solutions to clients, stakeholders, and team members.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
