Job Title: Twitter/Reddit Bot Developer

 

We're seeking a talented Bot Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing and deploying Large Language Model (LLM) powered bots that can perform various tasks such as auto-reply systems, content summarizers, and viral thread generators.

The ideal candidate should have previous technical experience in bot development, a well-composed GitHub profile or personal portfolio, and the ability to prove their technical capabilities and knowledge upon immediate request.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy LLM-powered bots using Python and relevant libraries
  • Integrate RAG pipelines with vector DBs such as Pinecone and Weaviate
  • Fine-tune and open-source LLMs for bot-specific tasks such as persona mimicry and NSFW filtering
  • Optimize cost and latency by model quantization, caching, and hybrid rule-based logic
  • Implement stealth measures such as human-like delays and randomized phrasing

Technical Requirements:

  • Core: Python (Tweepy, PRAW, AsyncIO, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
  • LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or self-hosted (Llama.cpp, vLLM)
  • Infra: AWS Lambda, FastAPI, Docker, Redis (for rate-limiting)
  • Data: Vector DBs (Pinecone), PostgreSQL, Firebase
  • Bonus: Next.js/Streamlit for bot dashboards

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-2 years of experience building Python bots (X/Reddit API automation)
  • Worked with LLM integrations (RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
  • Understands detection tactics (IP rotation, CAPTCHA solvers)
  • Pragmatic problem-solver who cares about scalability vs. cost tradeoffs
  • Prefered: Deployed bots at scale (10K+ reqs/day) or contributed to open-source LLM projects
