Automation Developer Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience with UiPath, be passionate about designing, creating, and maintaining complex medical practice automation products.

  • Create high-quality products that solve real business problems in healthcare, always considering the user's perspective.
  • Develop and take pride in high-quality test-driven code.
  • Deliver on commitments and communicate as soon as possible when unable to meet commitments to team members and the organization.
  • Failing quickly while experimenting and trying creative solutions to important problems.
  • Share experience developing robust, scalable, maintainable distributed applications.

During a three-month trial period, the successful candidate will demonstrate RPA and Development skills as top performers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • UiPath Academy - Advanced Level Training Certificate or one of the following qualified UiPath certifications: UiPath Academy - Automation Developer Professional Training, UiPath Academy - RPA Solution Architect, UiPath Certified Professional - Automation Developer Professional, UiPath Certified Professional - Specialized AI Professional.
  • Minimum 2 years of self-sufficient UiPath experience building complex-level automation projects on own.
  • Minimum 2 or more years of experience with RPA and/or software development.
  • Knowledge of Git, AppScripts, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and .Net.
  • BA degree in related field.
  • Ability to create design documents and UAT plans.
  • Excellent process monitoring and troubleshooting skills.
