As a Business Finance and Strategy Manager at Phoenix Live Experiences, you will work closely with business units to drive business strategy, marketing roadmap, and operational execution. Your role will involve providing business unit insights from a finance perspective, jointly owning OKRs, and identifying key risks and opportunities to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with business units to develop financial plans with a 'bottom-up' approach

* Provide regular variance analysis and communication to create visibility and enable planning of actionable items

* Track and measure key financial and business metrics for respective businesses

* Direct and oversee the overall policies, objectives, and initiatives of the revenue cycle activities to optimize operations

* Develop business plans for product enhancement or business initiatives

* Handle ad-hoc requests and problem-solving with a short turnaround time

* Participate and drive standardization automation projects for process efficiency

Requirements

* Certification as a Chartered Accountant or a Master's degree in Finance

* 5 to 7 years of overall experience in Finance - minimum 5 years of experience in business finance

* Hands-on experience on Tally or zoho is preferable

* Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in MS Office

* Proven ability to form strong collaborations with stakeholders
