Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning sessions to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources effectively to drive project progress.
  • Monitor and adapt work as required, ensuring projects meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular communication and updates.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
  • Conduct project review and analysis, creating detailed reports for executive staff to inform strategic decisions.
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary, driving growth and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 8-11 years of experience in project coordination or management is essential.
  • Proficiency in German is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and practices.
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects with multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are crucial.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management software tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines efficiently.
