Job Title: Senior Coordinator

This role involves coordinating between multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Coordination: Assist in planning and executing cross-functional projects across categories and zones.
  • Stakeholder Management: Bridge internal teams, field teams, and leadership for smooth communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and prioritize solutions based on urgency and impact.
  • Performance Tracking: Define metrics for ongoing projects and analyze trends to recommend data-backed action plans.
  • Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with the team to create effective go-to-market plans and ensure successful implementation.
Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations or project coordination.
  • B.Tech / B.Sc. graduates from Tier-1 or Tier-2 colleges.
  • Proficiency in Bengali & Hindi language is mandatory (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across West Bengal as required.
