Job Responsibilities:

  • As a member of our team, you will bring specialized knowledge to pricing product(s) in development, generating insights for pricing related IP/tools, and helping with end-client delivery.
  • You will work under the guidance of the project leader or manager, playing a key role in driving the team's overall output while developing products or serving clients.
  • You will oversee and train a team of analysts across various efforts, developing the next set of specialists.
  • You will be 100% staffed on a specific project at a time.
  • You will take responsibility for assigned work streams and ensure zero-defect analysis across those workstreams.
  • Brainstorm with the project leader on various aspects of project or IP work.
  • Help drive conversations through analytics, including building dashboards, driving insights through data analysis, and story-lining deliverables.
  • Deliver clear and professional presentations to teams/project teams/managers.
  • Coach analysts on task execution and support operations like training, recruitment.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in data operations, data analytics, or consulting with pricing/marketing analytics exposure.
  • Strong academic records and good technical, analytical, communication, and team skills.
  • Prior experience with data analytics is important, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in learning new analytical/statistical tools and techniques is required.
