SAP Warranty Consultant

Job Title: SAP Warranty Consultant

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on all aspects of SAP Warranty Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements, test, train, and lead meetings to ensure effective implementation of SAP Warranty solutions.
  • Set up and demo CRPs, RICEF developments to enhance business operations.
  • Write functional specifications to ensure accurate and efficient warranty management.
  • Provide expertise in LO-WTY Warranty Management, config level SD, and strong pricing background.
Requirements:
  • Experience with designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP Warranty Management systems.
  • Expertise in LO-WTY Claim Lifecycle, IC/OC claim versions, and Claim functionality.
  • Strong knowledge of SD Pricing and pricing enhancements.
  • Familiarity with VSR tool: Validations, Substitutions, Messages, business rules.
  • Quality code catalogs on header/version/item level.
  • Additional experience with ACS Warranty Add-on, FICO integration, account keys, and knowledge of service contracts (VA42) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in SAP Warranty Management or similar technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Big 4 firm experience or IT sector background.
  • Basic knowledge of Supplier Recovery and ARM.
