Purchasing Director

As a Purchasing Director, you will oversee the procurement process, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with existing and new suppliers to guarantee efficient supply chain operations.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and minimize losses.
  • Procurement: Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved supplier relationships.
  • Communication: Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Qualifications:
  • Strong Negotiation and Contract Management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Requirements:
