Job Opportunity

The Studio Director will be responsible for the establishment and leadership of a global office in Mumbai.

Working with their Europe-based leadership team, you will develop and implement a business plan focused on expansion in the Indian market.

  • Manage key accounts to obtain and maintain commissions and develop a sustained track record of securing new clients and opportunities.
  • Lead, develop and mentor team members to help them achieve their professional goals.
  • Take oversight and responsibility for architectural projects at all stages to ensure desired results within a quality management system.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.Arch / M.Arch (Master's or international academic exposure highly desirable).
  • 15–22 years of experience in architecture, with at least a decade in studio/office leadership roles.
  • A strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects.
Key Responsibilities

Contribute to business growth through consistent profits on sustainable fee turnover for projects under your direction.

Report monthly accounts through the company's global practice management systems

Contribute to company visibility, reputation, and thought leadership/design leadership by publishing articles, posts or as a speaker on professional platforms and events
