Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing environments, demonstrating expertise in software quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Develop and implement test approaches and acceptance criteria in Gherkin using a thorough understanding of software development methodologies.
  • Implement quality control measures and assess their effectiveness after implementation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create a centralized repository for risk management, fostering open communication and a culture of innovation.
Technical Requirements
  • Experience with functional, regression, UAT, exploratory, negative, and database validation testing is required.
  • Proficiency in Big Query, SQL, Java, and Selenium is essential for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and pipeline deployments is highly beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ServiceNow and GPC can be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Groovy for test automation is highly valued.

As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will be responsible for creating a comprehensive QA process, procedures, and test approach that drives business value and excellence. You will also be expected to define, introduce, enforce, and own the QA process, ensuring seamless integration with other teams and stakeholders.
